A simple table supported by burnt matchsticks serves as a powerful metaphor for resilience. On a visual level, the matchsticks symbolize vulnerability, highlighting how easily the table could collapse under pressure. Each charred stick represents the remnants of past hardships, reminding us that even seemingly feeble structures can rely on vulnerable foundations. Despite their burnt state, the legs still provide stability, demonstrating that even fragile elements can contribute to a greater strength. 

KINDLED REFLECTION

This piece hopes to provoke a reflection of our own human experiences, illustrating how we often stand on the shaky ground of trauma, yet continue to hold ourselves up in the face of adversity. This metaphor invites us to celebrate the complex and delicate balance between fragility & strength in our own lives, hopefully reminding us that we are stronger than we sometimes give ourselves credit for. We are Anti-Fragile.
